Having experienced childhood bullying, toxic relationships and workplace bullying, I am on a mission to empower women and men to take charge of their wellbeing with my life-changing VisionJourney Method®️ and revolutionary integrative HeartHealing®️. This is the key to unlocking us from the heavy burden of childhood memories, the memories that hold us back and keep us stuck.
My journey to this point may seem unconventional, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
For over 25 years, I hustled in the corporate world, soaking up every experience and chasing success.
But then, life threw me a curveball in the form of a challenging breakup with a narcissistic and bullying partner.
The aftermath of that emotional and challenging period left me feeling shattered, my self-esteem in tatters after enduring relentless emotional and physcological abuse.
Yet, from that turmoil, a feeling of determination rose within me.
Over the past six years, I've dedicated myself to personal growth and healing. I've run numerous Vision Board and Visioning workshops, delved into Neuroscience & Brainhealth alongside the esteemed Dr. Sarah McKay, mastered the art of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Motivational Coaching, and also recently qualified as a Level 1 & 2 HeartHealing®️ practitioner.
I am proud to have worked with hundreds of women and men, helping them get unstuck and transform their lives with my life-changing VisionJourney Method® and now more recently revolutionary integrative HeartHealing®, the missing piece of the puzzle.
At the heart of everything I do lies a burning passion to empower women and men who crave change.
